Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I get to the clinic?

Come to Ormond Road (see all below),about 100 meters northward on the east side. It is the first block of flats behind a black wall. Buzz in using '03' and the phone icon button  We will respond by buzzer or meet you at the door.  The office is straight ahead at the end of the hallway.  The premises are wheelchair accessible.

By private vehicle, drive east on North Road from Brighton or west from Clayton to reach Ormond.  One block east from the Jasper/Grange Road thoroughfare, come one block to the east on the service road (north side of North RD) to Ormond Road.  There is no on site parking, so on-street is required.

By train, come to the Ormond Station (Frankston Line) and walk east four blocks (five if on the south side of North Road), crossing Jasper/Grande Road, by one more block

The 630 eastbound bus from Brighton to Clayton stops on the north side of North Road between Arnott and Nicholls Streets, 1 1/2 block from Ormond Rd..  The westbound 630 bus from Clayton to Brighton stops at Ulumpa Road, three blocks from Ormond Rd.  The bus is usually wheelchair accessible.

There is no convenient nearby tram stop

2.Is there a name outside identifying the clinic?

No.  This is a private reisidence, with dedicate rooms for the clinical practice.

3. What security arrangements are there?

There is a security camera at the entry for the building.  The ciinic hallway has two interior CCTV's which are posted to the internet cloud for your later retrieval for any events that might concern you.  Sessions are NEVER recorded inside the clinical suite room to protect your privacy/confidentiality.

4. What about insurance?

Most clients pay when booking remote sessions and after the end of the session for clinical and home visits.  Medicare, NDIS, and Veterns accounts are acceptable by negotistion.

We have professional indemnity insurance and business liability insurance.  The building also has building contents and liability insurance.

5. What about court mandated assessments?

We do not do these nor attend court proceedings.

6.Referrals from GP's require status reports before Medicare authorizes more sessions.  Do you do this?

Yes.
