We have extensive experience in general psychotherapy, but in some specific areas we have intensive experience.
Therapy iin-office, online, and at home for a wide range of mental health and relationship issues excluding substance use and childrens' issues
Training in the principles of mindfulness: Living in the Present, Connectivity, and Acceptance/Tolerance.
Certified hypnosis with suggestive therapy to induce or overcome specific behaviours, mental states, feelings, or attitudes
Non-religious techniques to primarily calm the mind and body.
Relaxation Training
Effective training for clients on how to relax, which contributes to our service for Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, and Meditation. A five level approach, and each level is cumulative with the skills learnt in the prior levels.
